Do I have to file my own claims?

No.  We take care of filing all of your dental claims for each visit to our office.  All claims are filed electronically for a faster response time from your insurance company.

Will my insurance pay 100% of my office visit?

Dental insurance is now offered by most employers as a bonus or incentive for employment with their companies and is designed to be an aid only.  The amount that your plan pays for is determined by how much your employer has decided to pay into the plan.

Many times an insurance company will inform a patient that a procedure is not covered or that their dentist's fees are above the usual and customary fees; the less money that was paid for an insurance plan, the less you will receive in benefits from the carrier.

When a plan says it will pay 100%, 80% and 50% of dental services, the amount paid out is determined by the premium your employer pays and the amount your carrier determines to be usual and customary.
