The club house in the waiting room was a huge hit with my kids as soon as we stepped inside. Everyone was friendly, patient and kind with all 3 of my kids (and myself) It was their first time at the dentist, and they put all their worries at ease! Now they are brushing 2 sometimes 3 times daily without being reminded at all.

I'm so glad I found Dr. Dao and my hygenist Alison, I have been going there for 7 or 8 years now. Dr. Dao has not only kept my teeth in great shape, but he has also become a friend. My wife who used to fear going to the dentist now regularly goes and my daughters will be going there soon too. 10 out of 10 would reccomend.

I had horrible pain, couldn't sleep for days. Dr. Dao left me with horrible pain. My wife had to beg for him to give me some medicine. I realize it was Sunday, but you should have way better options for taking care of patients in pain. And then when I begged to come in the next morning, you told me to call first and your office didn't get me in until 2:30 in the afternoon. And you still did nothing! Gave me a card and said go see this guy for a root canal. They couldn't get me in for 8 days! I would have thought you could pull some strings and get me in sooner, but no you were no help. Then I went to another dentist on Thursday who took great care of me. They went ahead and did a crown on the tooth which relieved all of the pain for a few days and it was very minor when I went for the root canal. At least they were concerned enough to take care of me. I will NOT be back to your practice. You obviously do not care about your patients at all. It is actually pretty sad that a dentist that I had no prior affiliation with had more concern for me than you did. Such a horrible experience.

Good experience. I moved years back and saw 2-3 other dentists that never provided the experience I got with Dr. Dao. Now I drive extra and it’s worth it. I went in with full intention of needed work done. Dr. Dao gave me his honest opinion and recommended not doing anything as of right now. Office is very clean and it’s as close to the At Home Feeling as you will get at a dentist.

On a trip from Arizona, I chipped a crown. I contacted Dr Dao and got in promptly. I had a superb experience from the moment I walked in the front door. The facility is clean and beautiful. The staff was considerate and competent. The Hygienist was great and the Doctor was very patient and thorough. They billed my insurance and I was out the door very quickly. I'm hard pressed to think of how this practice could have improved my experience. If I lived in the area, there is no question who I would want as my dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Dao.

I have been to Dr Dao for my first 2 visits. I came from a very horrible experience elsewhere and was absolutely terrified... plus I had put off going for way too long. Everyone in this office has been amazing, from the front office to Dr Dao himself. I have never felt so at ease in any dental office, honestly. It helped that people I know had already given him rave reviews. Not all my past experiences were bad except that last one, but this has so far been exceptional.

His dental techs are very thorough and gentle and my teeth have never been cleaner. I have some issues which make me at a higher than normal risk of decay. Dr. Dao takes extra care to educate me about the best dental hygiene for my situation. When I need work done - he is extra careful to make sure that I do not feel any pain. His office staff have worked with me in any wan needed to make treatment as affordable as possible. I can truly say that that entire office has their clients needs as a top priority. The staff is awesome from scheduling appointments, expert cleaning techniques, latest equipment and just fun people to be around. Our entire family have been patients for years and recently moved away, but we fly back to Houston just to get our teeth cleaned. I trust Dr. Dao with my dental repairs and his expertise is unsurpassed!

I have been using this office for a long time. Dr. Dao runs a great office. All of the staff are great friendly people. His Hygienist are superbly well trained and thorough. They give great advise on how to care for your teeth and prevent future problems. They are all about the health of the patient and not about how to make more money off of you. I have never had Dr. Dao recommend any treatment that was not medically necessary. I cant say that about other Dentist that I have used in the past. This team is the best that I have seen.

I can say with no reservations whatsoever that unless Dr. Dao retires or I move, I will not use another dentist from now on. Thw entire office, from ladies at the front desk, to the awesome hygienists, to of course Dr. Dao himself are the best around. Kind, courteous, and professional all the way down the line. My wife has dental anxiety and my youngest son has never done all that well with dentists, and they both are completely at ease here. There is no way I can overstate what a great experience it is to get this quality of service in this day and age when so many others cant be bothered to take care of their customers and patients. If you do not have a dentist, please consider coming here. If you so already have a dentist, you may want to consider changing.

The reason why at any age regular checkups need to be performed is simple. If one does not extend themselves to have regular examinations it seems the best to refer to the old adage "The best learned lessons are the expensive one's". Avoiding serious damage to the teeth and gums by simple checkups is cheap compared to the repair cost.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Dao since we moved here four years ago. I have nothing but positive things to say and have never had a bad experience at his office. Once my children were old enough, they began getting "rides" in the chair and progressed from that to full cleanings. Everyone is friendly, professional, welcoming and appreciative of our business. You can tell that everyone enjoys their job there. Also, insurance is a breeze as they file the claim and do not have expensive charges when extra work is needed. We also appreciate that Dr. Dao is friendly, personable, and doesn't want to do unnecessary or frivolous work like we have encountered other places. The hygienist, Allison, is superb, with a light/gentle touch and the best I have ever had. The office is beautifully decorated, and is up to date with all the latest equipment and tv's to watch while in the chair; I actually look forward to my dental appointments now and my kids ask to go back constantly!
